Canva — Yakuza

MAKE IT UNBELIEVABLE. After winning the business, we kicked off Design App Canva’s arrival and new brand platform in Japan with an ongoing social content series. The films tap into the typical tropes of Japanese cinema and Yakuza movies giving them a distinct comedic spin.

The series features established actors from current TV shows such as Michael Mann’s ‘Tokyo Vice’ adding further relevance to the genre we were depicting. Directed by Kai Sandy | Nakama. Produced for Canva at W+K Tokyo, Japan.
